I can see both good arguments for making it with crew and crew as a separate box.

With would give you a product you can use right out of the box. As a separate box would allow for purchasing them to use for other pieces of artillery that could have been picked up for this era.

Hello, this is my first post and am looking forward to this set, sort of a teaser! I do hope it has a small crew to go with it, good crew are so hard to find and really complete the set. (especially to match the rest of my Linear-A collection)


One thing I notices and maybe I am incorrect here but the ropes to cause the tension look like they have not been twisted to give the proper tension, since the ropes are all aligned vertically. This would not prevent me from ordering this however.


p.s. is there a function to translate this forum? Thank you, and thank you for producing some of my favorite ancient 1/72 sets!

I don't think there is a translation function. It would be nice though :)

Translation is available through the browser. I click on the address bar and am able to select to translate to English. It does not work for all pages. (It seems not to sometimes if I have ctrl-clicked to open them as separate tabs).

If you do not see it in your browser, check you settings/preferences. It may be an extension that you need to install.

The imminent release of #031 to be followed by #036, #038 and #050. Then the focus will shift to #027, #046—I am particularly excited to see that the Napoleonic surprise set is scheduled to come to fruition!

I will wait for developments in all six of these sets in time.

Ah well thank you, I look forward to what you produce, though sad as it may be to see some of it stalled. Ancient artillery sets are scarce. Lots of surprises coming up soon though! Not only the Egyptian Surprise, but we have also seen very little of the Persian Cavalry, and wonder when we will get to see some more of that set. Thank you. It is nice to see the process.

When you indicate that you are working on the delivery of the 4 new sets, and you reflect number 50 (ptolemaic phalanx) among them, is it an error? Do you really want to indicate the number 51 (Syracuyse infantry)?

Or is your intention really to put both up for sale?

Also hier bleibt mir die Spucke weg,das sieht richtig klasse aus
Wenn es ein Mini-Set ist,gehe ich mal davon aus ,nur 1 enthalten ,
bei der Grösse wundert es mich überhaupt dass es als ein Mini angeboten wird,
also mal min. 2 Mini`s kaufen
